- Customs and import might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For low amounts mostly charges even are not actual. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
- If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. If you choose to return your goods, please use the option with tracking number. All cost associated with returning the goods are on the buyer.
- Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. It can take up to 7 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for faster delivery) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. - If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it; however, you can return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
